Every sign we create starts with your idea. We take the time to understand your vision, discuss materials, and ensure the design perfectly captures your style, your brand, or your outdoor aesthetic. Our workshop combines traditional techniques with modern CNC routing to produce a clean and faithful rendering of your idea.
Computer-Assisted Design
Our software allows us to fully preview your sign's design prior to carving. We will happily send you digital mock-ups of your sign for editing and approval.
Quality Hand-Finishing
Your sign will receive the time and attention it deserves, and will not leave our shop until it meets our incredibly high cosmetic standards. Even CNC-routered signs are finished with hand tools to ensure no marks, spurs or patterns are left behind by the machining process.
Because our signs are made to order, you can rest assured that you are not purchasing a mass-produced trinket. Your Dorrington Sign will be uniquely yours.

About Us
Hello! I'm Ben Kirby, the guy behind Dorrington Sign Company. My wife Kayla and I are the owners of Golden Pines RV Resort in Dorrington, CA, where we have lived and worked for almost a decade.
With 8 years of experience making wooden signs for the campground, I recently decided to expand my signmaking work, with a simple goal: to create beautiful, durable signs that help local businesses and individuals make their mark. Whether it's a rustic hand-painted welcome sign or a modern, crisp business logo, I'm excited to bring your vision to life.
When I'm not covered in sawdust or paint, you can usually find me working on the property, probably covered in something else. Kayla and I are trained geologists, and you may find us ogling rocks or pondering natural phenomena. We are dedicated to our campground and to providing a venue for campers from all over the world to enjoy the serenity of the Sierra.
